Experience Hokkaido's landmarks and traditional craftsmanship.
The Hill of the Buddha, designed by Tadao Ando, features a 13.5-meter stone Buddha framed by a circular rotunda and natural light, reached through a tranquil water garden and concrete tunnel. The grounds also feature giant Moai statues and a Stonehenge replica.
Continue your cultural experience with a 1-hour chopstick-making workshop, where you'll carve your own chopsticks using traditional techniques. Afterwards, visit a sake stand bar in Susukino to sample a flight of three premium sake styles:
