Terms & Booking Agreement

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your booking request.

 

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form is considered a booking request only. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Hokkaido Day Tours via email.
 

Tour Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

If your selected tour or date is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options whenever possible.
 

Payment

Guests must complete payment using the selected payment method according to the payment instructions provided after booking confirmation.
 

Meeting Time

Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

Failure to arrive on time may result in cancellation of the tour without refund.
 

Changes to Bookings

Requests to change your tour date or booking details should be made as early as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
 

Weather & Safety

Hokkaido Day Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours if weather conditions or safety concerns make the tour unsuitable.
 

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your booking request, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• You understand that submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation.

• You agree to comply with the tour guidelines and instructions provided by your tour guide.
