Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hokkaido Day Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before submitting your booking request.
 

Refund Schedule: If you book directly through Hokkaido Day Tours Cancellation Time Refund

• 30 days or more before the tour dateFull refund (excluding any applicable payment processing fees)

• 15–29 days before the tour date50% refund of the total tour price 

• 7–14 days before the tour date25% refund of the total tour price 

• Less than 7 days before the tour date  No Refund.

• Same-day cancellation or no-show  No refund

Tour Cancellation by Hokkaido Day Tours

In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Hokkaido Day Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a tour.

If this occurs, guests will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule their tour to another available date.
   

Late Arrival & Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for:
 

• Late arrival at the meeting point

• Missing the scheduled meeting time

• Leaving the tour before it has finished
   

Payment Processing Fees

Any applicable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

• 24 hours or More before Tour Start:   100% Full Refund 

• Less Than 24 Hours before Tour Start:   NO REFUND 

• No-Shows or Late Arrivals:   NO REFUND or booking modifications
