Travel Insurance Requirement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm and agree that you have valid travel insurance that provides coverage for medical expenses incurred in Japan, including medical treatment or other medically necessary expenses that may arise while participating in a sightseeing tour provided by Hokkaido Tour Guides.

You understand that obtaining and maintaining adequate travel insurance is your sole responsibility. Your insurance must remain valid and provide coverage for the entire period of your stay in Japan and for the duration of your participation in any Hokkaido Tour Guides tour.

Hokkaido Tour Guides reserves the right to request proof of valid travel insurance at the time of booking or before confirming your tour reservation. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of appropriate insurance coverage when requested, Hokkaido Tour Guides may decline to confirm or may cancel the booking.
